Is counterparty has a system for royalties with token sales from dispensers? Like for example, for every token sales the issuer get 3% of every sale in the future?
If not, is it something possible to do or to complex to develop etc?

i think people are starting to discover on the eth side of things that royalties are impossible to enforce, so my recommendation would be to build something directly into the wallet software that can facilitate optional royalties

We need enthusiasts, and disagreements are healthy. Although i seem to disagree with everyone on cip3 (including my 5year ago self, LOL), i agree with Juan in principle that we need a clearer process for discussing upgrades and for the public to review core code upgrades.

FYI... just merged some updates to counterwallet to support CIP03 and 'resetting' token supply in counterwallet.... you can now reset token supply on testnet (working on freewallet updates now)
