Once there is a good metric that is common and accepted around circulating supply I think there will start to be some more value differentiation. There are plenty of 200-500 issuance cards that have < 100 circulating and possibly a lot less

yes, def not representing that the wallet is dead is important. just inactive for X years. the last wallet tx on XYZ column in a sheet someone pasted above was a good example. buyer then can make his own assessment, but it ends up manifesting with some higher issuance cards rarely come up. more data pts and standardization of data pts is good for pepe collecting as well.
