Yes it’s because you have one or more small unspent transaction outputs( UTXO). None of them are large enough to complete the transaction.

The solution I was given was to send more BTC to your wallet.

I’m not sure if you can sweep 1 wallet address - I did it to combine 2 addresses back into 1.
