You can open the PSD file in newer versions - at least for GIMP 2.x

The version with thick border and parchment is more problematic in GIMP - the layers are merged. It would be great if some graphics guru would create a GIMP-friendly version. I'll give one DECORNSTRUCT to anyone who does it before th end of January.
