I usually look atthe 24 hour chart like that, so I can send low fee and wait as it goes thru overnight

you can use counterwallet estimatio too, it works well

freewallet estimation is awful though TBH, it uses API from blockcypher

in counterwallet you can use that slider thing to estimate how long it'll take with a given fee
