i see it differently, but since he didn't ask either time he went ahead and used my art I could be misunderstanding what is happening. It seems like I used my art for a logo for his website and issued new tokens for my art. Neither of those seem to help me.

Nor do I agree that since he bought a token he has the right to do what he sees fit with my artwork without permission.

This is just the mock-up, but I added some credit to the artist.

Issuer address is there and if the artist is known and wants their picture and signature displayed, even cooler.

I do think if I own the NFT I have the right to make one print per token, but I don’t think I have the right to use the artist photo and name.

So I will need permission from the artist for that and if permission is not given, the artist name and photo won’t be displayed

By the way, I don’t have permission from Wheeler to use his signature and photo 😂
