I think the point is if there a known bad actors in such a small community, it can cause damage and reduce likelihood of more Counterparty adoption

I only came upon Counterparty in fall of last year and my perception was that the XCP community was different than the ETH community in a lot of ways. I still feel this way in spite of some actors. I tried to show XCP to some of my Goon community members, only two of them became interested. It's gonna be a long uphill battle for more adoption.
