Apparently if you put more than a 10k fee rate with ord, there is a weird limit in bitcoin core that doesnt let you go above that so you had to do some sort of modification i didnt understand.

I put a 69420 fee rate on a bitcorn rune, it would have been enough to secure Rune #21

I think the founders gave up on evm which would allow for a mint feature to be coded. It can be approximated with broadcasts like BTNS does, it can be done like SRC-721 where you self mint a stamp and first one counts.
