Just a heads up on the mempool, the hashrate is down as some miners have chosen to mine flavors of BCH instead of BTC, despite BTC being more profitable to mind. So, blocks are a little longer, which makes a backup in txs and it raises fees. The next difficulty retarget is maybe 10 days from now, so it could be like this for a couple weeks, or the miners could give up mining BCH and it could get better very quickly.
