I have coded up a card approval system for Bitcorn Foundation board.

Setup right now is...
- Every member must vote for decision to be rendered.
- Options are approve / deny.
- Chairman gets +2 votes.
- Board members get +1 vote.

If there is a split decision, the votes are reset and the card remains in the queue.

Rejections announced automatically. Approval gives foundation a button they can click to publish.
