not a fan of blacklists or censorship... plus its a losing game, I ban the addresses, they just use new addresses.... this is why I put the green "This is an official card from the XXXXXXXXXX project" header on official assets... at some point, it falls on the buyer to DYOR and figure out if what they are buying is real.

Higher price and higher issuance vs lower price but also lower issuance

If lower issuance becomes more demanded perhaps the later cards also sell out as a result

I guarantee Resellcalendar would have done much better for himelf with an English style auction. It also would have put the world on notice what the true value of pepewest is.

Not exactly. Its because everyone is waiting for the price to go down. They are playing a game of chicken with each other. Then everyone jumps in at once, and some people who would have paid that price (or maybe more) dont win. Effectively, the "last buyer" is excluded without a chance to outbid.

If it had been an English style auction, all those lucky winners would have still put in their 2 Eth bids, and there would have been an opportunity for others to outbid them.
