Apparently!? My list was built using what was for sale on RarePepeWallet. a couple i found it cheaper on xchain, but few. Hadn't seen Dogsall, but good price in today's market for supply of 200, now that i see it on Xchain.
My list was semi-rare and semi-cheap. :) Prices in the low hundreds, supply under 250-1000, mostly. -

Buyer sends in .00x BTC (or multiples thereof) and when the tx confirms, they are sent that amount of that card
So send in .00x to it, and one received 1 card, to the originating address (which user absolutely needs control of the private key)
Freewallet.io is the most popular desktop app
Send BTC from that, cards returned to that address, after confirmation
Only downside is, if the dispenser is empty (which is obvious when it is), and user sends BTC, they do not get anything, and the BTC is not returned, unless the operator manually refunds it. -
