dex-trade won’t withdrawl my xcp, contacted support on telegram, admin said he sent request and then said expect charges, I asked him why am I getting charged for support from dex-trade, he ignored my question, said “ok” and blocked me, wtf is going on, so unprofessional -
create a support ticket and wait for a reply to it.... have not heard of them keeping any withdraws.... might take a while for the withdraw to go through, but it will happen eventually... also, he prolly just meant "expect a charge" on your withdraw... the standard withdraw fee.... can't speak as to why you were blocked, other than to say maybe you were disruptive and argumentative..... but dex-trade.com is used by many without any issues, so they just a bit overworked... we have a VERY active community -
