Yeah so an example of how it could work:
in primitive terms if I have a Tier 1 Pepe I could receive 5 tokens per submitted pepe, if I have holdings of a Tier 3 Pepe I might get 2 tokens per submitted pepe (maths would have to be worked on). I can then spend those tokens to select others from the ‘pool’ of submitted pepes. -

I think for the amount you have, setting up dispensers are the simplest way! Unless you're also looking to add to your collection, you could do swaps too - in that case here is a good place to figure that out. So many nice cards there, all i could offer is a FRESHPEPE for any of them lol, but i think there are some people in here who could really give you some swap value

the other side of the spectrum is "distribution" but that provides no monetary value (at least not short term) for the whale.
I think the middle ground is to set up 1/3 of the stock on DEX or dispenser, then saying "on [date], [amount] will be destroyed.

So the problem is that the big wallets hold the supply "hostage", but they cannot extract the value without the community. It's all book profits until now.
Thinking yourself rich because "I have 80/100 and they're 10 ETH each" is clearly not correct.
Also, PEPEs are *meant* to be distributed and collected. So pricing out 99 percent of the population a priori is bad imho.
Look at @buddhaaf and his PEPEKACHU shenanigans. Pricec tanked, but many ppl are now diamond handed PEPEKACHU holders that would've otherwise had no chance at acquiring one.
Once the initial shock is over, prices will tick back up (they already do) and to boot: the XCP gains more than offset the perceived "hit" on the cards sold. -

I had the same issue. No matter what you set the send amount at, the error persists. The way I ended up doing is by creating an Electrum wallet and doing a sweep wallets function there.

probably has to do with the fact that you have a bunch of UTXOs which make the transaction larger which requires a larger fee.... next time try using a higher fee... or import the private key into electrum and send all the BTC from yourself back to yourself (gather your utxos up into a single utxo)... or just use electrum to send all your BTC out of the address..... I believe the erronious "Insufficient BTC balance" issue has been fixed, so if your getting the message its prolly because of having a bunch of utxos which make the transaction larger and hence requires a larger tx fee. -
