It depends on what you mean. The floor value for a given pepe can be thought of as the cheapest it was last bought for on either RPW or OS. I like to start by making an assumption

But if you are wondering how much they will be worth, the model I use in my head is this: I make an assumption about what I think the entire mktcap of rarepepes will be, and then I divide that by 1774 (the number of different cards) = value of each series. This assumes that each different card has the same market cap, and an individual card in that series is valued by dividing the value of each series by the number of cards minted in that series. Then I make all sorts of heuristic adjustments based on what I think the rarity premium is / mass appeal premium / historical significance premium / etc.

One challenging part of this is figuring out how many of a given card are left

Yea, it’s possible unfortunately. For cards with high value it is therefor much better to use proper XCP orders than dispensers.
Currently the people running dispensers are very very honest folks and will not cheat, but that may change in the future

Basically, dispensers are very cool when trying to dispense a lot of relatively low value token (like XCP or common pepe cards), but for individual orders it is in theory a bit risky technology
