Ya, for this kind of stuff, it's a straight contract, so whatever someone agrees to in a checked box hodls up.

There's already an extensive T&C on the website, so you could also add a clause in there like: Once Bitcorn cards are submitted to the foundation and bitcorn museum, they can be reproduced and repurposed in any fashion and even for commercial gain by another farmer. If an artist does not wish to allow their work to be used in any way beyond the card submission, please let the foundation know at the time the card is submitted.
