How long do submissions typically stay open for?

Hey JDog, I run a API script monitoring some dispensers every 6 hours. Apparently you or the server got the IP banned, I assume for bandwidth reasons. I changed it to run every 24 hours. Would you unban it or is this still too much? Maybe you have a specific limit policy on API calls? -
30 API request every 60 seconds is the current limit… if you go over that you’re put on time out for one minute… if you find your address is always being limited, it could be that I blocked your IP address, but I’ve only blocked four really really abusive IP addresses so far…. So if you are one of those IP addresses, you’ve been abused in the system way harder than you should for a while….. just noticing now… a month after I put the blocks in place.

My 1st submission this season.
This is an Indian art form called Mehendi aka henna which girls draw on their palm fm paste of Mehendi leaves, often of things that they love. The color stays on for a few days. My 1st love is doge so I drew this on my palm yesterday , now going around explaining to people in real life who are getting curious about the doge design on my hands. Spreading the good word 😄 -

If you opened 1 dispenser on 1 address, and 1 dispenser on another, if both sold, you would have received 2000. But since they were both on the same address, you only got 1000.
