I encountered an issue at freewallet as well, after i transferred the freewallet from the old computer into a new computer using passphrase. Those later added wallets disappear. The freewallet in the new computer can only see the first 10 wallets.

To recover your additional wallets, just add new wallet like when you first added them and they will be the next wallets added. could be an issue with broadcasting txs through chain.so ..... dogewallet uses chain.so as a fallback API to broadcast txs from... and I believe they limit how many txs you can broadcast per day... could be this person was doing a bunch of transactions and got the "limits reached" message from the chain.so API.... thats all I can think of... did see mention of a "limits reached" message in the freewallet chat a couple times over the past 5 years or so... just a guess 🙂
