And just to be clear all someone needs to do to make their card official and get their green banner is follow the rules that they should’ve followed in the first place and distribute 10% of the supply….. after April 1 any cards that have not followed the rules will have the green banner removed from their card and their card in the rare doge directory and rare reject directory will have a note above it, indicating that they did not follow the distribution rules….. however, if they simply distribute the 10% as they should have in the first place, then the penalization is removed, they get the green banner back, and the note disappears from their cards profile on the directories
