To submit to Rare Doge, you will need to purchase/acquire RDC then send 300 if it to yye submission address.
Also you send at least 1 of that your token to the same address.
Copy the tx hash for the RDC sent to the submission address and paste to the appropriate part of the submission form.
So yes, Jdog sent you the 300 RDC so you can sent it into the submission address to complete the submission of your card.

Summary of a scam which took place in the dogeparty community yesterday
@bIfmorg offered to trade cards with @SerjogaSan. @SerjogaSan sent him a bunch of his cards and some $doge. @bIfmorg did not send the cards he had promised instead he went and opened a dispenser for the cards he has received from Sergie
The dispenser link was promptly shared here by a new user @holeeschitts
Both members @bIfmorg & @holeeschitts had joined Rare Doge TG room at the same time
Both the members were tagged and asked to explain, there has been no response from them
It’s clear that both these people have scammed in collaboration or both are the same person with different IDs
Both these users need to be removed from all dogeparty channels. Dogeparty project owners who run the channels for their projects need to take note and do the needful
