Why do we have to pay blockchainization fees (crystals/gems) & transaction fees to transfer the card to our counterparty wallet? I thought that portion/part of the blockchainization fees, covers the transaction fees. (at least when we use gems) I understand that ETH tx fees are currently high & you are covering those fees till November. But my question is about the transfer of the cards to our counterparty wallet. Why this change of strategy? (ie passing all the tx fees to the users in the form of bitcrystals payment on top of the gems needed for the blockchainization of the card). -
Holding the assets in the Klaytn blockchain, is not exactly "ours", since assets are stored in a custodian wallet. Hence for truly ownership, we have to move the cards to an addy that we hold the Private keys

on roadmap we can see that swaps between the chains will be around Q4 so it seems logical, atm biggest problem would still be eth gas fees and as for now i don’t see it will come down in near future -
the gas problems may not be fixed till eth 2.0 -
and even with eth 2.0 we don’t know that for sure. in that sense we are lucky that we have counterparty, it’s relatively cheap when compared to eth now

Looking from the simple/ordinary players perspective, that do not hodl any bitcrystals, what is the advantage of paying blockchainization fees to transfer a card to a Klaytn custodian wallet VERSUS to not pay blockchainization fees and keep the card inside the game (bitcrystals cannot be obtained for free by just playing the game, nor can be purchased from within the game. Hence, anyone that would like to transfer a card to any wallet/Blockchain that holds the private key, should outsource a way to obtain bitcrystals)

absolutely agree, at the minimum we should have usage gems/crystals we got in game to use them not only upgrade cards but use it also for the fees

Fees on both Ethereum and Bitcoin blockchains tend to increase, in general. Sure, sometimes it is lower, sometimes higher, but given the fact that fees for a single card can go upo to several dollars, we cannot endorse these costs permanently.
Also, since we tend to unify the user's experience, no matter the chain they keep their Orbs, we will apply the same rules for both chains that qre currently compatible. -

Not ETA yet. But the swap tool will use First Oasis, i.e. the same principle that is behind the blockchainization. That said,this means that we already have one part of what we need to allow the swap - the "withdraw" feature.
To enable both ways swap, we need to add the posisbility of "deposit" as well. This is in the pipeline after the blockchainization... -

Burning cards serve the purpose of reducing supply.
On counterparty there are token with unlocked or locked inssuance.
Locked issuance means if there are 1000 unit of a card (ORB) there cannot be more of this card. Let say we want to reduce the supply to 200 then we burn 800. This way there will be only a maximum of 200 in circulation -

I have an issue with blockchainization process. Blockchained 2 cards without a problem all good appeared on orbexplorer. Sent one to my ETH address, all good. Tried the same with the second card but an error appeared.
Cant remember the exact wording, something along the lines of contact EDS Crystal Suite team.
But the card in question disappeared. Checked the Tx and from what I can see it appears it sent via Klaytn chain and stopped didn't go to the ETH address. The card has also disappeared from game as well 😶 -

I was able to bz a card but now on both casa tookan or desktop with metamask I don't see my first oasis address. I don't use the ethereum address of casa tookan but have a separated metamask for the ethereum one.
