As to being able to swap chains, I think you can do that by wrapping them -

Hello everybody. I'm Nutildah, have been minting assets on Counterparty since June 2014. I was aware of BITCRYSTALS and always wondered why they had volume on the DEX, but was too distracted to ever find out... that was, until very recently.
I have been creating assets on Dogeparty (Dogecoin XCP equivalent) since August 2014, and was hoping I could talk to the creator of DOGECOINCARD, as I'd really like to get ahold of one for my XCP collection.
Does anyone know if the owner (EverDreamSoft I would imagine) has plans to put some more of this card up for sale?
I'd also be willing to put up a rather large XCP order on the DEX for one. Would prefer to buy it directly form the creator (also sent them an email).

picked up a DOGECOINCARD from OpenSea for about $3.5k less than the only offer I got here, and $3k less than what EDS wants for one. New floor is 1.4 ETH, which is still a relative bargain compared to what is in the XCP dispenser. have at it if you want it, just don't buy the fake ones
