About the deposit process :
To withdraw you need bcym (bcy on klaytn chain)
You depose your bcy eth or xcp by sending them to the deposit adress you received when you click to withdraw if you do not have enought bcym
You can depose bcy eth or xcp, whatever the chain you choose to withdraw your card
You send the bcy eth or xcp requested number (or more, it's up to you - me I like to send more to not pay further tx to send my bcy)
You receice the same amoubt of bcym you sent to the deposit address (if you sent 100 bcy eth, you will receive 100 bcym) -

Is the BitCrystal deposit problematic? In the process of withdrawing the blockchnized cards, I proceed through the Orbexplorer site and deposit 2.35 bitcrystal during the process. I use FreeWallet for deposit. The transaction was successful in FreeWallet, but nothing was received inside the Orbexplorer site and klayton's address. It used to be successful and I withdrew some of my cards.
