You probably won't be able to trade your bcy for Bitcoin using the exchange. With dispenser you can't change the price once you set up without incurring tx fees. The price on xchain you are referring to is probably just the last price paid. If it is over 37 cents then buyer was probably not aware that SoG website sells it for .37 Maybe confirm a buyer via discord or telegram before setting up a dispenser.
