Every month there is a good competition between Sog gamers to get a higher position in the leaderboard and get a prize card.
But it seems that there is no active market where these cards can be sold and the cards will stay in Gamers wallet for a long time.
Unless there are serious changes in the game and a large number of new gamers are attracted to it. -
Part of this issue is the game hasn’t been updated/improved really in years. I beat it literally 3-4 years ago, collected/fused pretty much every earnable card, and now there’s no real replayability. Needs active development to survive. New missions, new features, AND true interoperability so that old Counterparty assets are just as easily accessible/tradable as Ethereum assets. If anything, Counterparty assets are the real OG versions and historically should hold more value. But it’s meaningless without interoperability and active development. -
This is the FIRST EVER blockchain based game. And years later barely anyone knows. I do love this game and can see it resurfacing with the right motivation. Imo it deserves to stand the tests of time and could have a real future.

Please include packages with a smaller number (for example, 100 bcy) in the sales list.
These packages are very expensive and most gamers do not need that amount of Bitcrystals. -

This is what I understand but I've not gone through the withdrawal process fully.
First of all your Casa Tookan has a BTH and ETH address. However if you go into the orb explorer from the explore tab of the wallet and click on your account you will also be able to see a klatyn address. The klatyn address is you first oasis wallet. First oasis is just the SoG name for it. In recent time anytime you blockchainized a card it went to this first oasis wallet.
Hopefully that is clearer now. -
So to withdraw a card from klatyn (first Oasis) to either Counterparty or Ethereum you need to do it from a desktop computer. You need to again use the orb explorer and log in with Metamask. But before you can do that you need to import your seed phrase or private key from your Casa Tookan Ethereum address into metamask. Once connected with Metamask you will again see all accounts associated with your SoG account i.e. CP, ETH and First Oasis. In the First Oasis account you will see your cards with a withdraw option.
In order to withdraw you need to pay fees in Bit Crystals (BCY). I think I saw it was 150 BCY to withdraw to Ethereum and 2.5(?) on Counterparty. So before you can withdraw you need to aquire some BCY either into your BTC or ETH address (there possibly might be Klaytn option also?).
To withdraw you first need to transfer BCY to a address which registers those as paying the withdrawal fee (This means you also need to have some ETH or BTC in your wallet of choice to pay gas fees )and I assume then it initiates the withdrawal process (or gives a klaytn BCY credit to your account to allow you to initiate). -
I understand. Just a general comment. I feel like every time I ask about XCP assets, I never get a very straight answer in terms of what the plans are. So far there’s only been support shown for ETH based assets. But XCP came first, it’s what many of us who were here first earned cards on. The real og cards that are still stuck on XCP after all these years. Does the team have any plans in the immediate roadmap to show the earliest adopters more support for their assets too?

I’m asking what are the plans for the future with XCP assets. I’m just making the point that XCP sog cards have been stuck, untradable, with no changes or mention of plans to create a swap to ETH. Years ago we just started using Eth instead and there wasn’t much of a plan for how that would impact owners of the XCP cards.

Hummm but people are selling, trading and even on opensea some XCP assets... you have auctions, dispensers, and also the emblem vault system to sell your xcp cards on the ethereum chain, and this since months ..

People with XCP assets have very little ability to trade the same as people who own ETH based assets. It’s very much a dead chain. Whereas people who joined later and only care about ETH and don’t have this issue. Some of the original cards that historically should have more value are stuck on a chain that isn’t used much. I’m asking what was the plan, the goal? Just let those with valuable assets stuck on XCP just deal with it?

You have no interest to delete an vintage and old nft from xcp to get a new one with no collector value on ethereum but anyway, no we do not plan to create a swaptool for the moment.
