Ive never used Counterparty and the toskaan wallet app isnt comatible with my device, so can I just enter my regular bitcoin public key on the account page on the website? will this work? -

Hi @adamvp ^^ you can use only 1 seed for each CT session. But you can connect your Sog account to 2 different seed (ETH/XCP) from any other source (for example 1 ETH seed from Orb explorer (Metamask) and 1 XCP seed from Casa Tookan).

well and here comes the healty criticism- right now there are soso limited time sale for new card, but in website you clearly indicate that we can have on after sale. it is kinda tactics you can see for scam my sales agents who trying to you convince that first there is a huge demand and you need act fast and the other hand you have huge discount because it is 50% cheaper. not because it really is.

and that leads to another important problem, this marketing puts everdreamsoft basically to the biggest sog cards bag holder who can whenever it comes to mind just dump all cards on the market - without needing to even comment where it puts us who either bought those cards on sale, on aftermarket or got from playing sog from monthly tops.
a little more transparency needed here. -
and just a little advice at the end. if this is the how the sales will be from now, put the list with the prices online, so we will know what’s worth what and let’s be over with that we don’t still have equal possibilities to participate on market

its fine just thinking that we may have a little problem with causality. as on this new emerging market of game items, there should be some certainty about some terms, because we basiacally relay on those - if somethig is limited, then at what point those limits are shifted or they will stay. If i parcipiate for some pack sales from GU or DC or any other game, i have certainty that after some point of time therre ill be only aftemarket for those items. and from this i know at least some basic value. the. more spreaded the single cards and items are the less market can be mainpulated

And for making pirate copies you dont ask permisson. But if you like legally you may need to ask licence here. Anyway as the all tokenized game items is still very new, we may not know how all those laws would apply

Those cards artworks are not on public domain and code of the game im sure is not also. You can make similar game and mechanics, nobody would or can stop you there
