- Dogeparty NFTs are created by an open-source protocol and their mechanisms can be verified by independent parties -
But Dogecoin doesn't have the smart contract capabilities that Ethereum has, so what he's basically talking about is building a new protocol to recognize his NFTs and keeping it closed source... he just doesn't know that's what he's building yet. He thinks its "all Dogecoin". If it was, it would inherently be open source...
