Not totally sure what you mean, but once a token name has been issued, its permanent. So even if someone destroys the entire supply of a token, you can't re-issue it under your address

Sure, so there's a couple different ways. The most common way is to sell it via dispenser. The other way is through the wallet DEX, which is a tab where you enter a trading pair.

In this case the pair is BACON/XDP

If you want to open your own market, say FAIRDOGECASH for XDP, you would enter it like this

You can also open trading pairs of any token for any token, so FAIRDOGECASH/PESETA, or PESETA/FTWENTY, etc.
You can also open DOGE-based pairs but its kind of tricky... I recommend just buying and selling from the dispenser -

The supply is 77,777 but it is more expensive at 1 DOGE / each. I am going for 77,777 DOGE burned with this one. Might take a while, but thats OK. -
