I have a question on behalf of someone attempting to submit a Rare Doge for the first time... Does the artwork need to be attached to the token before it is submitted for inspection?
May seem like a dumb question but its not explicitly stated in the submission rules. -
Gm, Submission form requires the artwork file and you have to send a card to the scientist's wallet, I always do it at the same time,I hope it make sense 😀

Although it may take a few years for a broader audience to understand, Rare Doge will do the same thing for the Doge art movement that Rare Pepe did for the Bitcoin art movement.

I don't think it's required for the art to be attached to the token while submitting for Rare Doge. The submission form requires to submit the card anyway.
Have seen a few naked tokens getting submitted, and the artwork description appearing later on after results. @abysvora , @Sovanvirak and a few others have tried that I think. I might be wrong though, please do check with Jdog -
