They want him to do their bidding, be their slave even if it might not be beneficial to CP despite he being the one who is maintaining it all, made it all . Case in point was when Jdog and Looney didn't support SRC 20. SRC 20 I don't have any qualms in saying (even though a lot of Stamp early adopters are a part of this group too) is what killed the trajectory there. This is correct. The random block reward for the first 99,000 Dogecoin blocks makes it too much work to come up with a numeration system like Bitcoin's ordinals.
With BTC, the block reward has always been highly predictable. Not the same with DOGE. Also, since the supply of DOGE is several billion, its way more terabytes of mapping data to track every individual doge-toshi. -

They can still make a system to preserve the UTXOs when transferring them, but they don't have individual serial numbers like they do for Ordinals. And even Ordinals has problems with inscription numbers getting arbitrarily changed... It's a mess. I wouldn't bank on it. But good luck to those who do.

Are you using the desktop wallet (Dogewallet)? Its been a little slow to update. It could be because nodes aren't propagating transactions as quickly anymore because of Doginals.

I have one other idea, one moment -
Transactions were not getting updated 4 days back too while I was trying to make my tokens. Had to wait for some hours. Seems it has worsened.

Yes, very weird. It looks like the dispenser didn't actually send the RAREDOGECASH. It could be a hiccup in the balance updates where for some reason it was ignored, and its actually there.
I know that @jdogresorg and @pataegrillo are asleep right now but maybe they could take a look at this dispense when they wake up... The RAREDOGECASH appears to not be credited to the purchasing address:

I do however see that your balances appear to be off... i'll do a rollback (on xchain) and reparse of the last week n see if that fixes the balances issue 🙂

seems like the reparse fixed the issue... I now see a 200 RAREDOGECASH credit... AND see the 200 RAREDOGECASH send AFTER the credit... which explains why it is not in your balances anymore 🙂

Rare Doge right from the first series has celebrated Dog Art. The project is on Dogeparty which is on Dogecoin so yes the dogecoin mascot a Shiba Inu is the special dog for the project, but other dog breeds have not been looked down upon here, which I think makes the project richer and more fun. Just my views.
I kinda agree with your other point (if I understood it right.) Probably more cards need to land in rejects? I don’t know really, thinking out aloud here -

Still the connection to pepe the frog is obvious. I don’t know…a lot of the rare doges are now giving me vibes like when you see that drawing of random dogs playing poker around a table that was popular in the 90s.

Well, to each his own I guess. I personally like original cards compared to nth repeat take on a Michaelangelo or a picasso with Shiba inu plastered on it but not everyone's taste is the same. It's ok I think

A directory as community driven as this will hv all sorts of cards. That's the beauty and charm I feel. One can find a lot of hidden gem in the rejects which they might even prefer over the accepted ones...
