Ive been an nft creator/collector since 2017, but theres still things i havent touched yet, such as multi sends.
I took a break for awhile after a glitch caused me to lose alot of money. When i made a dispenser, it created a secondary address #1, which i hadnt written down a passphrase for because i didnt realize i was literally in 2 main addresses at the same time. Next time i logged in, the second address was gone, and could never be recovered.
Ive had coders try to help me, etc etc, its gone. -
Mind you, this was with Freewallet, not dogewallet
But its essentially the same system -
I'd like to say I can help you find the root of the problem, but I'd need the dispenser transaction ID to even begin

Ive been through it deep with folks that wouldve fixed it id they could. Even to the point of sending pc files over... I appreciate the offer but im pretty convinced its a lost cause at this point. I do have all that info but the funds are simply sitting in a wallet i cant access. It appeared in my existing wallet and now its gone. I even have photos, as i took them while it was happening as it seemed strange.
My mistake is i should have written down the private key. But, its in the past now. It just really stressed me out so i took a step back from all this for awhile. But im sure its been fixed now. Its been addressed a long time ago -

I had/have the same issue,i run a freewallet with 2 passphrases since years ,1st it was my mistake ,i mixed up 2 diff wallets and like you i lost the funds inside an addy i didn,t have the key. -
but i was lucky, i opened the same freewallet at 5 diff pc's laptops and start generate new addresses

Seriously though, there are different standards used in deriving from a seed, eg. BIP-139 etc., different standards will give out different addresses, so good idea to save the private keys along with the seed

When I try to send funds to a dispenser, I keep getting "generating dogeparty transaction..." it stays like that for a while. Is that normal? -
Oh, is this with the new Dogewallet? Its a known bug... According to @jdogresorg it should be resolved shortly.
