IMO, some things like holding on to your values are more important than making money... if ppl want to just pump n dump tokens/coins, there is already plenty of places for that... IMO, the value of dogeparty and counterparty so far has been its long history, and its tight knit communities with shared values... Definitely things always grow and change, and will never be "what it was" back in the day... but, IMO chasing liquidity and onboarding tons of new users who dont share appreciate the history and community ethos is a sure way to lose the thing that is unique and appealing about this platform.

Like XDP? It was on an exchange called VinDAX but it didn't have enough volume so it got delisted. The difficult part in launch a Dogeparty token on any exchange is that the exchange has to run their own Dogeparty node, which isn't as straight-forward as plugging in most new coins/tokens.

However, it can still be done, as VinDAX did it. We'd also have to raise money for an exchange listing.

120 doge is more than fair imo. Specially considering that it is a one time cost and the artist gets to keep the entire supply

most cards selling for 100+ doge now anyway... sell one card and you've covered your submission fee cost... also, I just spent about $10k on rare doge/reject cards over the weekend buying artwork from the talented artists here 🙂

Legit. Sales might not have been roaring at all times but there have been a few regular buyers who buy all the cards and I don’t think there is any artist who hasn’t been able to recover the submission fee (and above) quickly

As I see it, it’s not the end, the project is entering its next phase in its evolution. I’m sure the community that we have here around rare doges is going to stick around for life. I know I have a couple of things planned for rare doges after the directory closes, and I know there will be exciting and fabulous happenings from other members. A project like this doesn’t end, it’s evolves
