If you’re buying with btc you’d have to use dispensers, OTC, or an auction. You can also buy pepecash or xcp from dex-trade website (there’s a withdrawal fee) and then buy cards on rarepepewallet

you don't need to hold a FULLACCESS token at all... there was a point where I tried to raise funds for development using FULLACCESS and putting the exchange behind a paywall... but, no one was really buying and it felt wrong to limit the exchange interface, so I just opened it up to everyone in freewallet at no cost.... all FULLACCESS does at this point is remove the annoyware that nags you once a month to consider donating
