Dispenser have been available for 9+ months and have had very few cases of this... and the issue can be solved by updating the dispenser UIs to show dispensers as closed if they are low on funds and have a pending incoming dispense.... TLDR, this is not a big issue yet, and if it becomes an issue, we can fix it on the UI level, or the protocol level

if your trying to buy rare pepes.... setup a wallet at rarepepewallet.com or at freewallet.io desktop wallet ... the same passphrase will work in both wallets

after that find the rare pepe you are trying to collect and lookup the info on it on xchain.io... look to see if there are any dispensers (vending machines) selling the card you want..... to purchase from a dispenser, you simply send the specified amount of BTC to the dispenser (from an address you control the private key to... such as any address in freewallet.io desktop wallet or rarepepewallet.com)... after that, when the BTC payment to the dispenser is processed, your rare pepe card will be credited to your wallet address and you will be the proud new owner of a rare pepe cards
