always send with a higher fee than you think you should if you want it sent fast.... mempool can fill up fast and then your stuck... also, another trick you can use... you can send a different transaction from your wallet and pay a way high tx fee on it... it will confirm, and generally force the previous transaction to confirm as well (if the new tx uses the old txs output... which generally it does)
