i think that dust exists so we cant make it go away. because it exists there will be a market for it for the more expensive cards probably at a much higher premium than the price of a full card because people just buy it so that they can say they own a piece. if people want to buy dust so that the card shows up in their rpw then thats fine, but they will pay a premium bc the lower issuance cards that are divisible i think will mostly start moving towards auctions, dispensers and otc sales
