but the basic steps are:

1. get metamask
2. go to emblem.finance
3. use CREATE to create an ERC-721 token, which can hold wallets (assets) from other blockchains
4. MINT the token on the ETH blockchain
5. Send your BTC asset (XCP - rarepepe) into the BTC wallet address
6. view it/sell it on opensea
7. Make millions, buy an island, retire.

*step 3 probably should have said "an ERC-721 NFT VAULT token"

Yes, an asset owner can issue a dividend of any asset they hold a quantity of, to the holders of their owned asset.

Distribution is proportional to balances held.

So if you hold one NEOEPEPE, I can decide to issue a 1M GIVEKUDOS dividend and you will receive 1/101th of that distribution, being 9901 GIVEKUDOS.

I myself holding 25 or so NEOPEPE will receive back 25/101 of the distribution.

Or so I understand it.
