In a way. Rarepepes can live in any wallet because they’re on the Bitcoin blockchain. The thing is you need a wallet that is compatible with counterparts that can recognize rarepepes and allow you to move them. You can send them to any address you have the private keys of because of need you can always import the private keys into an xcp wallet
