as long as you control the private key to the address... yes, you can send from that address

you also can import that private key into freewallet and use/send your counterparty assets 🙂

if 2 payments arrive at the dispenser at the exact same time, the first one to reach the dispenser gets the token, the other one just sent BTC and will not get the token from the dispenser and will need to request the BTC back from the dispenser operator. This has happened a few times in the past and the dispenser operator has always returned the funds. But this is a good question, and emphasises why you should always pay a really high fee on any payments to a dispenser to make sure your payment gets processed quickly

Will be updating xchain in the coming weeks/months to detect incoming dispenser payments and auto-disable the dispenser on xchain (telling users not to send BTC payments, since another payment is pending).
