What is it launching on the App Store?

On Android, I tried to sign in to Casa Tookan with existing BoO passphrase but no field pops up for me to enter the passphrase in. Then when I click sign in again it tells me error message to please enter the correct passphrase. yet no field appears for me to type the passphrase in.

I have the same bug. What do we do? Can't sign in.

First thing I would try is to uninstall reinstall

I tried uninstalling and then Reinstalling Casa Tookan but still I am unable to see the sign in text entry fields.

where does casa tookan store your private key?

What android version an device do yo have ?

It’s rsa encrypted and stored in the applications directory which is only accessible by the app albeit be careful with jailbroken or strange/custom android devices,

@twens that happens once in awhile to me too. Not sure just what triggers it but only thing I could do at that point is shut the game down and restart. On the web version when it happens I usually get a red box error something to do with Object instance. Now that I think about it this condition only has happened for me at least when SOG has had certain Updates. It has been fixed before but maybe reintroduced without knowing. Might be tied to advertising and certain blockers. Just after the last update I would have it happen 40-50% of the times I played, all the while being asked if I wanted to watch a video to refill my stamina. After 7-10 decline to watch the pop-ups have stopped for me and,the lock-up screen glitch as well. 🤔 Could they be connected 🐲❔

Hi, I still have issues signing in casa tookan.
If I want to input my wallet seed I get an empty sceen with no textbox to input my seed
I also noticed that if i create a new wallet and try to view my seed, Its not visible
