why we should allow only 300 players (original issuance for the in game cards) to be able to blockchainize their cards ? this possibility has to be offered to everyone

You really dont get it. The in game cards are endless, i can spend my ingame coins and buy blocks of 10 cards with endless supply, once i get enough i can then fuse and blockchain the in game cards. There was always going to be a endless supply of these cards, when i blockchain them, EDS has to mint a new card. These cards are nothing like the other set of cards which are minted with a limited supply and only able to be played in game with once they are bought and added to a linked wallet. You miss the entire concept of ingame, verse blockchain released cards. So get the hell over yourself, if you dont like how it works, then gift me your wallet of cards and find another game

Currently the rarity of the blockchainizable cards is setup from the game, as you can't blockchainize a card if you didn't 4-fuzed it

so not a lot of players are able to do that because of the in game drop rate

I like the idea of periodically locking the oldest unlocked cards, while introducing new cards.

That would keep the collectible aspect of SoG healthy from a value perspective, while also adding excitement to the game

Art contest around new cards is also really cool

If for example there are 10,000 unminted Unicorns, there could be a timeframe given within which they will remain mintable before the lock.

Exactly. Was saying the same some days ago. Unicorn and others for sure. The argument that Yzia was telling to Stack that "people want to blockchainize their in-game cards and be happy" doesn't come in opposition with what we are saying here. Lock some cards in a known time frame and issue new cards [with any possible way] for the players to be happy. So locking some will not 'ruin' the core fun of the game lmao. On top of that issuing more cards make the game MORE interesting and time-viable as it incentivizes players and collectors to acquire em. At the end keeping unlocked the same cards for more than half a decade now is not a healthy sign.

That’s the main point but wonder why @Eds_Yzia not getting it straight, if we compare it with many other games, there has been a plan for it, look at Rarepepes, Sarutobi tokens, once they adopted this BURN or LOCK strategy, those assets evolved and made bucks, even check BEARWHALEDCD, was 3000 units, valued hardly 0.005 BTC but once burned, I myself bought for 0.1, there should be a timeframe for these old cards locking up or at least for the legendary ones and keep others open imo
