XEM it is a bug. The SoG team know of it and are working to get it fixed asap. The bug doesn't show your blockchain cards.

I've had it happen before on regular games. It's definitely something related to blockchained cards, never had standard cards disappear like that. Sometimes blockchainised cards don't show up when checking/managing team. Doesn't happen often, maybe it's a connection/sync issue to BOO?

not quite

They are 4-fused cards but not max levelled. You can also crystallized blockchain cards to receive back part of the crystals you spent to level it to max (for example if you do not want to play it again or need crystals). If you do, then it will remove the max level but it won't disappear like the ig cards.
