It's based one 2 rejects you get put in the reject directory, 4 accepts and u get put into the rare doge directory. So it all depends on how many scientists are voting at every given time, which we don't know how many are 🤔, and how many ether accept or reject depending on voting. If only 4 scientists are available to vote cause others are busy and u get 3 yay's and 1 nay, u could be waiting a little. But two nays and u get in quick. So depends haha. Science is a delicate process
