I saw the other day that imgur was owned by the company that owns Kik. It has been around for a long, long time, and there's no reason to think its going anywhere soon, but decentralized file storage systems like IPFS are a smart thing to think about using as default for image placement in the future.

I disagree;
I see that the Ak scammer has been brought up, the rule is a good safeguard in place for people such as himself where they rip off cards from the internet and try to make few hundred doge off someone else's art, while I agree that it killed some of the hype, it's also good to have because of people such as himself -
I'm saying this statement as a creator with at least 10 rare doges/rejects so, I would suggest putting up to vote if it's causing such a big fuss. It was really cool to have for the early series (1-5) back in October but right now I think it's a good rule to have.
