Fee selection in FW is approximative. Better estimation with fee/vB will be available in the next release (or the one after). Count a couple weeks (months?) for that
A good approximation for empty out a dispenser would be to take HIGH_FEE value and SALES_COUNT
Then apply for legacy + donation activated:
HIGH_FEE + (HIGH_FEE * (SALES_COUNT - 1) * 0.6) -

Why are UTXOs getting split up on freewallet?

gm, I updated freeWallet on my mac but when I launch the app I don't see anything, just the top bar menu.

this has been reported before with v0.9.26 using Mac OS - the solution mentioned by Jdog is to log-out of your wallet and then re-log in with your 12 word phrase using the "logout" button on the top right
