Hi I have question. When I go to counterparty.io>Wallets. How come it says this is red for freewallet?
-
Because the counterparty-core developers released a version of Counterparty that lost functionality that was commonly used, and this new release caused issues and caused a ledger fork... and many in the community want that functionality restored, so the FreeWallet devs (me) are working on a version of Counterparty to allow users to interact with this ledger fork, and the core devs want to try and make it seem like FreeWallet is doing bad stuff.... TLDR, they want to kill FreeWallet and drive users to their new Horizon wallet with like 1/10th the functionality FreeWallet currently has
-
it is good of you to ask questions like this tho... you should always be wary of any softare you download and use with wallets

The tokenscan.io site has been updated to display both "Counterparty 2.0" ledger (cp20.tokenscan.io) and the "Counterparty Classic" ledger (classic.tokenscan.io)... As well as easy links to switch between the ledgers and information on what ledger/software forks are (tokenscan.io/fork), how this fork occurred, and how this fork effects users. Heading to bed now to get some rest... will bust out the FreeWallet 2.0 and FreeWallet Classic builds in the morning š

Tried to send Pepe from my Trezor and can't sign TX anymore. 3 days ago it still worked. I guess it is some issue due to events happening in last days. I just hope my Pepes are not stuck in Trezor foreverš and if there is any information somebody could share it would be helpfull.
-
How many transactions?
-
-
-
Thereās been no change to the trezor functionality, so you should be able to Jenerette and sign transactions the same as you have in the past.
I would wait until later today when I release FreeWallet 2.0 , and then try your transaction againā¦. If you continue to have issues signing, send me a DM and Iāll look into it for you.šš» -
The APIās have been juggled around a bit in the past few weeks⦠and signing segwit transactions require requires pulling some data from Bitcoinā¦. So itās possible that there is an API and point that is failing or has not been updated properlyā¦. Once the new release is out, let me know if youāre still having problems please
-
Thank you for quick replyš I will wait and try again later today.
-
I am not technical guy but seems could be problem. As it often shows API connection problem, can't calculate fee and just keeps spinning. ok will see later.
-
hey guys how are you? I was wondering, my dispenser has been acting funny for several weeks, if I just close it, does it just send the coins back to my address?
-
Yep thatās correct (after a 5-block delay)
-
OK cool - I think that would be the best instead of waiting for the stuff to shuffle itself out, IE fix how it's displaying dispenses etc

a scammer jdog tried to trick me just now

be very careful! scammers usually are on the lookout for people having issues with wallets - glad to hear they were not successful ā¤ļø

Installed new version of wallet and sending from regular addresses works fine. Just sending from trezor and signing tx is always the same, it just shows it is "communicating with trezor..."( after I do all steps to confirm on trezor) and actually not signing tx like usually(when it shows tx is broadcasted)... just communicatingš

-
I know me Jdog is working c his butt off to sync up with cps super goofy stuff right now he may be sleeping but in a little bit Iām sure a highly caffeinated bacon lover will be back at it !!
-
Strange... seems to load ok here... Perhaps it is an issue a local issue with some of your requests to the tokenscan.io APIs not going through...
-
-
-
I would be very careful about downgrading to anything below 2.0.0 if you want to keep using "Counterparty 2.0".... FreeWallet 2.0.0 speaks directly to the COunterparty 2.0 API... and the "about" screen shows you exactly what version of FreeWallet your on, and what version of the CP API your wallet is configured to talk to
-
hrm... just went to find the "Mint Token Supply" option and it is indeed missing... been a long few days, lemme get some coffee, and then i'll dig into this and get it working... will work to add the "Create Fairminters" option this AM as well.... Thx for your patience, been a long 3 weeks š¤·ļøļøļøļøļøļø

on the newest version i get "showing 1 to NaN 85 entries"
-
-
yes, send me a screenshot via DM of the wallet showing you the problem... also please DM me a pic of your debug console (click freewallet logo, click debug button, in the window that appears click the 'console' tab... screenshot)
-
added back that functionality.... as well as fixed the issue with detecting if a BTC send is a dispense.. working on creating new builds now.. FreeWallet 2.0.1 coming out in about 30 minutes if all goes well š

hello how do i convert my freewallet to leather wallet pls ?
-
As I saw your message in the other chat and itās related to SRC20, I would recommend the following. You can import a freewallet private key into TheStampWallet.com and then do a manual transfer of each SRC20 to your Leather address. Iām not sure there is an easier way, as Leather uses a very different derivation path for its seeds that arenāt compatible with Freewallet.
