Hi! I made a mistake and sent money to a dispenser from a non-counterparty bitcoin wallet instead of my usual counterparty wallet. I can see the fakerare card was sent to that wallet. Is it possible to transfer it to my counterparty wallet? I tried to import the 12 word seed phrase into a rarepepe wallet but it says it's invalid. -
I managed to retrieve the private key for my bitcoin wallet and import it into FreeWallet, but it reads it as another public address that starts with a "1" (legacy) whereas the address that received the fake rare starts with a "3" (P2SH SegWit)
Is there a Counterparty wallet that accepts Wrapped SegWit addresses? -
All counterparty wallets only handle Legacy addresses (1…) or Segwit addresses (bc1q), but not P2SH (3…) so it looks like the fakerare is lost. Can anyone here confirm?

In Ninja Wallet I can import the PS2H address only in Read Only mode (it displays the fakerare but doesn't allow to move it)

Too bad I couldn't get any help here, but after trying all counterparty wallets (none of them handle the 3… addresses) I managed to send the fakerare back to the right wallet by using Electrum and manually crafting a multi-pay transaction with three outputs, using this page https://jpja.github.io/Electrum-Counterparty/send.html to create the right OP_RETURN

The biggest advantage is the optionality of being able to attach assets to UTXOs. This has some very interesting applications. For instance, take something like “airdrops” which can be very expensive when done on Ordinals/Runes as the sender has to incur the cost of every transaction each containing its own UTXO. Contrast that with Counterparty’s dividend feature where a single txn can “airdrop” an asset to thousands of recipients. Those recipients can then, optionally, attach the asset to a UTXO in order to take advantage of automatic swaps.

I was looking at the XCP-PEPECASH exchange —- so few orders.
But then after seeing your post I checked the dispensers, and yeah, there is a LOT of pepecash available there.
Any idea why no one uses the exchange? It seems there is no rug/frontrunning risk and is highly transparent. 🧐 -
I think the action is primarily in NFTs, but my bet is that we get some coin action with the new mechanisms and features

I just checked the exchange via freewallet and listed the assets by the size of the bids, and it looks like roughly 50 assets/NFTs have standing bid orders. That's not a great number.
I suspect that a lot of the trading is going on at other platforms like Opensea. It would be nice to bring that pepetrading back to counterparty. -
I've been indexing trade histories and something like $120m of volume on ethereum for counterparty NFTs.

just a side rant, but something I have been thinking about heavily.... when XCP assets get PSBT and Atomic Swaps most users coming into buy them will see no price history and go WTF why is a TRUMPRARE $5k a pop? .... if the data for volume for all past sales (DEX, Dispenser, Emblem) is clearly shown... users would have a much better time understanding why these are so scarce.... to include data on the memecoins like PEPECASH like you are doing is an even more worthwhile venture to SHOVE in the faces of new buyers 'HEY this is the history of the token, this is WHY its at this price'
