Also find it funny that Adam n team added atomic swaps swearing that it would bring in new liquidity and onboard a bunch of new users..... yep... 1 swap total in the month of march... and just a handful of swaps since atomic swaps were added.... and their reasoning for the low traction?!? Well... J-Dog has a mean message at the top of tokenscan.io... FML... the gaslighting is real... can't make this level of nonsense up 😂️️️️️️

Pretty funny to me that Adam is so upset about a warning at the top of tokenscan about a chain fork.... and calls it FUD... meanwhile, has no problem with having counterparty.io showing that FreeWallet is now considered an unsafe wallet, even tho FreeWallet has only operated on the current version of counterparty, and an entirely different wallet "FreeWallet Classic" operates on "Counterparty Classic"... double-standard much?.... Perhaps if he would stop playing lame FUD games, what he considers FUD would disappear... tho I doubt that would happen 😛

Adam is only trying to deflect from the fact that he has been singularly unsuccessful in bringing the Atlantis aura to counterparty which he shilled in the beginning to get the masses to rally behind him -
FYI I proposed dropping the drama quite a while ago…. Yet the FUD “loss of funds message” persists… it’s pointless to FUD the most popular wallet and explorer 🤷🏻♂️
It is clearly personal for Adam, and the warning message on tokenscan.io just speaks the truth about there being 2 versions of counterparty now…. Even if Adam refuses to recognize counterparty classic n keeps calling it a “fake fork”.
I would be happy to remove the red fork warning, message on tokenscan, and simply replace it with a blue notification window letting people know what version they are viewing data for either classic or 2.0…. However, that will not happen until Adam and team remove the FUD about FreeWallet and Tokenscan from counterparty.io… as indicated in the above forwarded messages I proposed dropping all this nonsense drama quite a while ago yet Adam seems happy to continue leaving FUD on his website in a feeble attempt to drive users to his new VC funded wallet and explorer, while complaining about a “fake fork” message on tokenscan.io
Personally, I think that he wants to keep that message up there on tokenscan.io because it’s an easier way to justify the lack of adoption and usage of his features, like atomic swaps and numeric subassets, by simply blaming “toxic dev” J-Dog for confusing people with a scary message versus removing that message and having no other reason for the low adoption numbers and usage of counterparty other than not understanding the community and writing features which were not in high demand and forced into releases without community consensus.
Either way, I’m 100% happy now building on something I believe in, XChain platform, and that is where my focus will be for the time being.
If at some point, Adam and team shock me and drop their FUD information about Tokenscan and FreeWallet from counterparty.io , and leave them linked, then they would most likely find tokenscan.io also updated in short order. 🤷🏻♂️ -

J-Dog is the former maintainer of Bitcoin's Counterparty protocol – a role which he fulfilled for about 8 years. Under his stewardship, XCP witnessed the creation of legendary collections such as Spells of Genesis, Rare Pepes, and Fake Rares – even my Bitcoin Heads and Leftist Tears were created when he was the lead developer and he provided some useful advice. Today, J-Dog builds the FreeWallet.io Counterparty wallet and the TokenScan.io blockchain explorer (formerly Xchain.io). He maintains opinions which diverge from those of current maintainer Adam Krellenstein (who joined the show in S16 E14) and even claims that the Counterparty protocol was forked at block 866000.

It wouldn't really have any effect on Counterparty the way it currently operates. Changes could be made to capitalize on it. But when it comes down to it, I don't see the OP_RETURN limit actually being lifted. Appears to be much ado about nothing.
