yeah, that's correct... the current logic is really bad :/ that rule was put in place at the end of last year, because the previous version of the protocol allowed anyone to create a dispenser on *any* address, which was a major security problem. (it also silently turned AddrIndexRs into a hard dependency)
the correct solution has always been to just create dispensers at the source address (the address doing the signing), like every other Counterparty transaction. this was fixed in a recent PR (https://github.com/CounterpartyXCP/counterparty-core/pull/2141) that will activate with the upcoming protocol change (v10.4.0)

Not random wallets, that is how the MPMA send data is encoded. As was explained to you. Also explained was that the second tx needs to be able to reference the first tx in order to build the second part of the MPMA send. Perhaps in the future MPMA sends can utilize a better encoding mechanism, but as of right now, this is how MPMA sends work.

It kind of is a wallet issue as you need to consolidate your utxos in electrum before doing a txn and setting the fee high enough through good fee estimation. Both items: utxos consolidation and fee estimation should be handled by the wallet to avoid the txn from failing

screenshot seems to indicate your on an old version of FreeWallet, as the current version does fee estimation properly and shows you the sats per vbyte. So perhaps an issue with you not staying up to date on the latest version. Also old versions of FreeWallet pointed to api.counterparty.io, which I have heard a number of people have had issues with in the past few days.

Wonder about the workflow re: dispenser only from source address.
So far used the feature to setup dispensers on other addresses I control.
Intuitively would add a send from asset to a fresh addy and then setup from there.
How will u guys manage dispensers going forward? -
You can also safely set up multiple dispensers on a single address without accidental triggers. This simplifies the workflow meaningfully. A lot of time I don’t bother opening dispensers cuz I’m already thinking ahead of all the friction: time, cost, leaving dust in different addresses and then closing if they don’t sell

My problem was solved.
If you are using free wallet and it is giving you issues
Go to yer server settings in yer wallet and make sure they are set to default settings by clicking the button that says
“reset to default”
Done.
Also,
I am outside explaining all the new features and ability people will have with the power of Counterparty.
When I am able to test the new features I will be the 1st one helping new users to use it.

stamp: as in OLGA? Yeah, its a new encoding method that's much more efficient than storing in multisig outputs. But its not minted through the description string. As for aesthetics, you can put anything after the Stamp: part and I recommend the filename.
