I can understand the frustration with the dex. There's many archaic things and it takes a while to get your head around. Certainly Jdog and others are working very hard at this. And deserve massive respect for what they do. They do it for all of us for very little.

still no clear answer about how to currently buy xcp with btc by using theDEX as provided by counterwallert the only official counterparty wallet (THBOMK)
so here we have an issue affecting users from successfully entering our market. first impressoins are a bitch, and if someone new comes to xcp, and tries to use the tech for what it is made for and it DOES NOT FUNCTION
with no warning. people waste tx. then cancel more tx wasted.
the responsible thing to do when there is a broken feature is to disable it. FreeWallet is a GREAT example. not ready yet.
after actually getting help i have come to understand it is on the way "two weeks" perhaps
BUT you cannot tell the person who just lost tx fees and left XCP not to look back. NOR is that person here to ask for help? they see something broken and leave. and in crypto world it is going to be harder to get people to come back than to just get their attention and interset.
I say this ALL to help the communication efforst as there has been much miscommunication in this channel as of recent from people who do not see this focus. Call this behaviour selfish? beause i am trying to better the experiencre for everyone an not "just use an exchange" like people suggest.

I have faith that theDEX and FreeWallet.io will solve many of these problems with liquidity. I'd rather be patient with my funds and with those, I trust working on this project... than throw it at some big exchanges who ultimately do not care// Here i am more than a number.

We should consider changing that asset owner requirement in the future.... could be some value in allowing anyone to pay a distribution on any asset..... Would allow for someone like a PEPE owner to pay dividends to all the RAREPEPEPRTY holders as a show of appreciation for supporting development of the game, etc etc
